They're different editions of the same book, I'm pretty sure. I've  
got the seventh edition; there are at least 10 or 12 now, I think.  
Each lists three or four authors, but some of the three or four  
differ between editions. A lot of websites list only the first of the  
various authors.

For example, mine is a Wiley edition, by Holt, Shugart and Wilson.  
They all have the charts in the front, AFAIK.
