Geez, sounds like some bodies need reminding about whose money it really is!
Going on "strike" or "vacation" comes to my mind.  Not with something you've
already agreed to do, of course, but don't sign up to do anything new.
They'll either have to do without, or find someone else.  And equipment?
Don't loan your own, for a while.  Let you (and your stuff) take a break for
a while....
Something like that...or maybe a clue-by-four?
