If that's true, I'm very glad to hear it, but that's not what I was told, so 
I believe in erring on the side of caution.

Yep. But, as I recall, rather minimal equipment. At anmy rate, I remember 
there were a lot of supplementary bits of cooking equipment out in the main 
part of the building.
