I created several gallons of beef in stock in advance of an event in 
2004. (Traveler's fare for Castle Wars.) I put it in gallon freezer bags 
and put it in my freezer. On the day of departure, I found that the bags 
on the bottom had formed around the wire shelf of the freezer. Had to 
take the shelves along with me to the event!

I put a try under the bags the next time I did this sort of thing. Live 
and learn... :)
