in print.
What an unusual character she was! Guns, the law, and medieval studies.

Indeed, what I'm sure her friends called a "colorful" character.
Wouldn't you have loved to be at one of her medieval banquets?  And what
about the library she leaves behind!  

Fab Feasts was my first book on period food, the Galantine Pie recipe is
still one of my favorites.  She is definitely someone upon who's
shoulders we stand now.
