Well yes, obviously, and I'll probably have a bowl of the real stuff at 
the Vietnamese restaurant next door to 99 Ranch Market when I go to look 
for the faux pho for friend and foe.  But still, I keep dehydrated foods 
in my emergency kits so I might as well stock some fun ones.
