There used to be a Thai restaurant near my old house called POO PING PALACE.
They said it was named for the royal palace of Siam. Nobody would ever go
there with me, so I started ordering delivery and THEN telling the name of
the restaurant after everyone ate. Ha.

They used to deliver in any weather, bless them. We ordered from them at
least every other night when our kitchen was being remodeled and we could
not cook. They closed for good about two weeks after the remodel was over
and we started cooking for ourselves again. I feel somehow responsible.
