Heh - that's okay, y'all get your revenge. That's a mean trick, serving

all this fat, we need the antioxidants. :)

To Mak Proper Swet Te
Take ye haf-gallon of pur water, unto it threw iv gret tebags or viii 
litel, het till it be enow, yet not to bitter. Pour hit to clen i-gallon 
vessel, unto it threw a cupful fyn whit sugar, and stir till gon. Then 
add ye haf-gallen pur water et stir ygin. Make hit y-chill. Serv at 
table in tall glases with ice to ii inches below lyp. An ye wish, add 
bruised mentha levis.
