once made so much that I actually had leftovers.....  scary isn't it)   When
I tried to reheat it the next day and the butter separated out...  I tired
constant stirring and couldn't get the butter to reintegrate.  I didn't try
an immersion wand, but everything short of that.  It was still good, but the
butter puddled on the surface.
