[Sca-cooks] Bad Cooking at Feasts - was Re: good taste

Some of those "wonderous" feasts I attended were prepared by people with 
just this attitude.  They did fine cooking for 8 to 12, then blew it when 
they had to cook for 200.  Most of them never realized that cooking for 
large groups is more of an exercise in logistics than culinary artistry.
