Crustless mushroom quiche sounds positively delightful. Too bad I'm the only
one in the family that will eat mushrooms. (Pout!!)
There's just my lord & I and two toddlers so Thanksgiving will be a smaller
menu than in times past.
Baked Turkey Breast
Bourbon, Pecan Mashed Sweet Potatoes (recipe from Rachel Ray)
Swiss Medley (basically California Mix Veggies with Swiss Cheese & a mushroom
sauce)
Some other green veggie
Pumpkin Bread
Banana Pudding
Any cranberry caught trying to enter our home will be skewered on the point
of an arrow and shot into the next county!! OK. I'll admit Rachel Ray & Giada
made them look tasty on Iron Chef, but we don't like them as anything but
juice. Hmm...Maybe that juice and champagne concoction of Mario Batali's would
be a good addition to the menu.
A sus ordenes,
Constanza Marina de Huelva
