i was thinking she was an entirely different person, esp 
on iron chef.  no arm flapping (i swear, some times i 
wonder which will take flight first, her or the trussed 
turkey), no tell-ya-whad-i'm-gonna-do delivery and no 
giggles.

perhaps she plays to her audience as well as emeril does 
to his.
