[Sca-cooks] Fruit Paste, step two

OK, OK, so i stooped and went to Michael's today and bought about 8 
or 10 small wooden "shaker" boxes for about $1 a box. They're tiny, 
but each will hold quite a few layers of fruit paste.

I'm going to line them, sides and bottom, with cooking parchment. 
However, I may not get to making the fruit pastes until i come back 
from Huette's wedding.
