That may answer your questions about proper amounts
for the pans and baking temps.

There are a number of editions of the Bundt Cake cookbook, but
you can also just use something like Allrecipes

it says--

The pans vary somewhat as to finish, dark versus cast aluminum 10 cup or 
12 cup, etc
and that may mean that you need to adjust the temp up or down.

There should have been a basic sheet with suggestions attached to the pans.
Those are useful and ought to be saved for future reference.
