Count me in too-- I'm terrible about writing notes, recipes, kitchen
plans, etc.-- which is fine if Terese (my partner in kitchening) and I
are there to run the show, but if one of us ever gets hit by a bus,
whoever takes over is going to be in deep trouble if I don't start
writing some instructions.
