[Sca-cooks] warming dishes for competition

 Slight missunderstanding I fear either yours or mine. On the functioning of 
a chafing dish. One of the things you can do with a  chafing dish is 
reheating as well as keeping things warm, and if required you can even cook 
in them. Simply light or extinguish candles your choice.
