Hmmmmm......I'll be out in California the first weekend in December.  Maybe I'll see if I can find a ME market and pick some up...I haven't seen quince paste in the ones here in the DC area.  I'll be doing a ME feast in February and that might be a cool thing to serve on the dayboard!
