Check out http://www.cheesesociety.org/ It's the
American Cheese Society's website. Next year's
competition is in Vermont, Burlington I believe.

The flavored butter that won first place in its class
at the american cheese society conference this year
was flavored with pralines and white chocolate. It
was amazingly yummy.

Being a cheese "purist" I don't normally try any
cheeses or butters that are flavored with strange and
mind twisting things. The gouda with chocolate chips
was a memorable thing, and no I didn't taste it. This
butter was delicious and worthy to grace my palate.
;) With 940 entries in the competition this year one
needs to be picky.
