[Sca-cooks] chorizo

For myself I, don't know about eating chorizo as a "link"   I  know it as a 
loose cooked sausage meat.  With draining a lot of the fat before adding the 
other stuff, but still needing fat.  I eat Soy, but not as "mock meat"
 Chorizo & eggs, chorizo & beans . . . .one of the reasons I miss 
California, getting  fresh Mex groceries  {but still not enough to move 
back!}
