 Greetings
Beets were a hit with both crowds.
Both The highlander regiment, and the recreation crowd cleaned me out.
Meal I like the deffinition difference ( thanks Bear)
 Was.
  Stuffed eggs : ( Platina book 9)
To make pyes: ( A proper new booke of cokerye) I changed it a bit used
minced lamb instead of beef.
Rice in Almond milk: ( two fifteenth-century cookery books)
Rolled Stuffed Pork: , could find several things close but no actual
reference that directly relates
Honey roasted Beets: , repeat above ( they loved them)
Straw berries is snow : ( A proper Neue Book of Cokery) However the lad
whipping the cream passed me butter instead of whipped cream and it being
twenty miles to the nearest open store ( Holiday up here you know) oh well
no snow today.
Roasted chicken : pick a book , would of used rabbits but they are a bit
expensive yet.
Rissoles: ( first time making them I think I need a stiffer batter) but
everybody liked them anyway
Parisain Carrots : ( sorry lost the reference) only I Juliened and fried
the carrots in Butter and added the rest the recipe to the cooking. Worked
very well.
All in all a very good meal for twenty people at a pretesting for two
separate groups
 Cealian
