My friend Isabeau learned from the folks at the Ukranian Homestead to 
make rose icing using rose petals harvested from their roses and frozen. 
You put it on cookies, etc. Apparently it freezes well.


Congrats, Doc, on a feast that apparently went well and was very 
popular!
