[Sca-cooks] Matzo Balls was Re: Meatball subs-OOP

My introduction to the matzo balls (the floater variety) was at the house I
shared with 20 other women in college. One of them took 2 cans of chicken
broth and dropped the refrigerated balls into the hot broth and letting them
simmer. She said the matzos were ready when they floated to the top. They
were hazelnut size.
