[Sca-cooks] Period Greek Recipes

I am sorry, but "The Frugal Gourmet cooks Three Ancient Cuisines" isn't a very reliable cookbook
for historical research.  He doesn't document any of this recipes.  This cookbook is on par with
"Fabulous Feasts" in unreliability.
