If they're Shuns, then I've seen them.  The $200 knife is just the one Gunthar wants at the moment.  Given a choice, he'd take them all -- at nearly $2000 for the collection.  And then he'd do a happy dance around the kitchen and growl at whoever gets too close to the precious.
