Yep, that's the one!
Nikkis' was her grandmothers and while she loaned it to me once, she guards
it rather ferociously ;). She NEVER let me make lasagna in it, or anything
but baklava. Did I mention she was a bit of a purist ;)
Good to know I can find one of my own!

I have a pan specifically sold for making baklava, from a local
baking supply company. It's basically a straight-sided, 14- or 15-
inch round cake pan, maybe 2.5 or 3 inches deep, rolled upper edge.
Mine is aluminum, but I've seen more traditional ones that were
nearly identical, but in tinned copper.
