[Sca-cooks] silicon muffin pans

I have several of those beasties and I had the same results...crispy on top...mush inside the pan itself.stuck to pans...broke apart..etc....etc.....until today.  I bought some Baker's Secret spray, can't tell you why I thought of this, and sprayed the bejabbers out of said pans and made muffins this morning.  They were good and browned nicely all way round. No sticking!  Cannot wait to try that on my new Christmas silicon bundt pans. One is a wreath w/ribbon and the other is Christmas trees.
