Greetings to all,

Hi I am a shy lurker on the list... tend to be timid so I am normally quiet.
But I am in need of help so I am being brave and asking. I am looking for a
period bread recipe. I love cooking and I am trying to start my collection,
I have lots of recipes except for the most common thing, Bread. Could anyone
help me please.
