par le Grand …cuyer de Cuysine du Roy. Lyon 1542. [auch 1555.]

Petit traictÈ auquel verrez la maniere de faire cuisine comment en doibt
abiller toutes sortes de viandes fort utile a ung chascun. Paris ca.
1538.
