[Sca-cooks] cannoli tubes/forms

Holy Cannoli, Batman!  Hey, they had wood dowels before they had 
aluminum tubing.  Go for it!

Another suggestion to make your life easier:  don't go spending money on 
a fancy cookie press, pastry bag or cannoli filling device.  A sturdy 
plastic bag with a hole cut in a far corner will do just fine and you 
can throw it out when you're done.
