[Sca-cooks] Request for "Libro de cozina" recipe

I got this inquiry yesterday and I thought that this list might be
able to help with it. The recipe he is asking for, MANJAR BLANCO EN
MAS BREVE SUMA does show up in Lady Brighid's translation of "Libre
del Coch" and if I'm reading Brighid's notes correctly these are all
variations of the same manuscript.

Guisados1-art (220K) 5/28/01 A translation of Ruperto de Nola's
1529 "Libre del Coch", part 1
of 2
                                        by Lady Brighid ni Chiarain.

However, I have only Brighid's English translation in the Florilegium
and not the original catalan text. I have sent Marco's email to
Nrighid, but she may be out of pocket, so I thought (after getting
permission to do so) that I'd forward his message to this list as well.

Please remember that Marco is not on this list, so copy him on any
replies as well.
