Have had a variation on this recently, labeled as "stuffed shrimp".  But
that did not include the mushroom cap or bacon wrapping.  (There were
other items on the same "Chinese" buffet that involved stuffed mushrooms
or bacon wrapping, some dredged through a flour or some type of grain
meal.)
