[Sca-cooks] Dietary Fiber?

Thank you all for your suggestions.  My son will be cogitating what fits into Michelle's diet and allergies, then stocking her room with some of the goodies.  She continues to do well but a bit bored with sitting in bed all day except for bathroom trips which she's allowed.  Baby has gone from a transverse position, finally, to head down so the possible Caesarian is less likely.  This birth is a bit of a difference from the birthing center one for the first grandbaby!
