[Sca-cooks] stuffed camel, anyone

The hump is a mound of fatty meat, that supposedly tastes like coarse beef 
when roasted (which probably cooks out a lot of the fat).  As a culinary 
delicacy, it is taken from a young camel, as, according to a couple of 
sources, old camels tend to to be tough and gamy.  Haven't tried it, being 
short on camels.
