[Sca-cooks] Goose eggs!

Benedicte,
Well this past week our young goose laid her first two eggs a day apart, there is no gander for her so they're infertile and have been blown out to make efficient use of both shell and contents...

Interesting note, as compared with the Ebdem Geese this is a mixed Roman Tufted/Chinese cross girl...her eggs are 'pointier' than the Ebdem and much smoother, glossier. The Ebdem eggs were large rounder and much chalkier, roughly textured shells. Taste is the same though...
I'm thinking our local pysanky artists will really love these guys...they are much more like the duck eggs that the artists seem to prefer!

So, Tryphina or whoever else might like a crack at em, let me know! I'm relatively sure that there are more to come!
