Yeah!!!!!  I knew there was somewhere I was missing.  Have  to wait till
Monday.  I did call the county fair board, but they seem to  want to

Well that might work. I think it was mentioned here, it might even be  
in the Florilegium, but I remember mention of a scheme that worked  
very well for one individual. In early Spring he would sell tiny  
bunnies as pets. Well, tiny bunnies grow into bigger rabbits and eat  
more and children lose interest. He would then offer to come by and  
take care of the problem. He would then turn the rabbits into meat  
and sell them to the stores. He got to sell the bunnies twice and  
someone else bought the food and fed them for a while. A sweet deal.
