[Sca-Cooks] Pasties article in the new T.I.

I dunno. I've made repeated attempts to get things published in TI 
before, only to have them ignored; the book reviews of mine that have 
been published in TI the editors found on other websites and contacted 
me about printing 'em.

It's good to have instructions for authors out there, but right now I 
can't even look at those without flinching, bitching, or crying; someday 
I may be able to consider doing something to their specs. 

They seem to be interested in appealling more to fighters and their 
support people (not surprising when you consider that the directives 
came straight from the BOD) than they used to be. I've not got much for 
fighters and consorts though.
