[Sca-Cooks] OOP: Sticky-Toffee Pudding

A number of versions are worth waiting for. Even those in the country
pubs weren't bad. Sue and I later discovered that those were probably
frozen varieties that were taken out and microwaved on the premises.
But drown it in enough custard sauce....
