There's a whole row, maybe three blocks long, with several restaurant  
supply houses, on the Bowery starting just above Houston Street,  
where you can get anything from a four-foot-diameter wok to an  
Official Ray Bari pizza oven to a $4, thin, mild steel omelette pan  
from Spain (still pretty much the Holy Grail of omelette pans: cheap,  
practically indestructible, able to be seasoned, and a serious  
simplicity of design typical of good professional tools).
