Oh well. It was worth a try. I can't always remember which recipes
I've gotten from whom, and you might have found another. Or someone
else who wasn't in on the previous discussions might have and see my
message and reply. Or someone might be interested in the recipes that
I do have.
However, it might be difficult to get horse meat for any of those
recipes. I think they recently passed a law closing down the couple
of horse slaughter houses which were in Texas. I suspect that the
opposition to these is very like the opposition which appeared to be
there in medieval Europe. I think horses can be magnificent. But I
also see little problem with harvesting the excess for food.
