[Sca-cooks] Friend Going to Austin

Depending on budget any of the following are all outstanding and would have great seafood choices on the menu:

Hudson's on the Bend - finest restaurant in Austin bar none - had been in a decline but has come back with a vengeance and getting even better.
Driskell Grill - wonderful prix fix dinners but you can order a la carte as well... beautiful hotel setting
Aquarelle - French nouvelle as it should be
Uchi - fantastic sushi and Japanese/American fusion from the kitchen
Zoot - a laid back favorite - the chef/owner recently passed on the reins to a new young chef de cuisine and it's going to get even better

There are a lot of other great restaurants in the Austin/Hill Country area.  If she needs further recommendations I would be happy to help out.

Got a friend (non-SCA) heading down to Austin on business next week,
and is wanting some restaurant suggestions. She particularly likes
seafood, non-Red Lobster type. Any suggestions?
