In James' family (Oklahoma, Arkansas), if someone offers you a
'coke', what they will hand you is a Dr Pepper. Unless you are very
specific otherwise. Dunno why. (It's ok with me- I prefer Dr Pepper
still miserable with this viral cr at p and going back to bed
