i recommend the pies on master huen's website. i've had
tremendous luck with tart for ember days. good warm or
cold, solid, transports well.
somewhat familiar to folks not used to medieval food - of
course you may feel the need to edu-macate the 'ooooo,
quiche-ers'. 8)
