[Sca-cooks] How do you reconstitute dried chestnuts?

Sounds like fun!  I don't think I can make it, unfortunately --
Saturday is our "real" Thanksgiving (we're invited to a friend's house
tomorrow, but my mom likes to do her own turkey etc. at home, so we'll
be doing our own version of the big meal that day).  I'll be puttering
in the kitchen while the event is happening... Thanks for letting me
know, though -- sounds like a great event!  (Like every LA girl, I
totally love going shopping. ;-)
