I vaguely remember Cuisinart as the manufacturer of the Robot-Coupe
food processor line for professional kitchens shortly before the
Cuisinart food processor for home kitchens became available. Or maybe
it was Robot-Coupe creating the original Cuisinart and then changing
the name of the company...

I always wanted a Robo-Coup R2 to casually keep visible in my
kitchen... It's what G-d used to puree rocks when creating the earth,
and S/he needed filler, and is still, for my money at least, probably
the finest, most no-nonsense, most durable, and most powerful food
processor in the world outside of some kind of specialized, industrial
setting, and has been for maybe 35 years... very little design change
over the years, too...
