As the person who gifted you with sets of dental tools to play with, you 
know that
I use all sorts of things, but then again there are some things in the 
drawers that are used
for one thing only. But then the drawers are full because I keep ending 
up with lots of really
nice things. Such as-- I have a slicer with an extra sharp for instance 
that does a killer .09 inch slice
and only .09 inch slice. Now the new Microplane slicer is adjustable.... 
it might be a great
stocking stuffer.
