Hmmm... White Torta from Platina? While I was eating up the last of 
the cranberry sauce yesterday (I made a lot because I really like it 
and I like the leftovers) it occurred to me that cranberry sauce 
would absolutely rock laced through a cheesecake of some sort. With a 
gingersnap crust maybe?
