[Sca-cooks] Ice Cream, or, Making a pig of myself ;-) OOP

Well, I've discovered how good garlic is with mashed potatoes- that's
why I had them for supper last night, and am reheating the leftovers
for lunch today ;-)

But, considering how negative my mental opinion was before I tasted
them (several years ago, in fact), it's opened my mind up to how other
flavors might go well together in odd combinations- thus my attempt at
curry ice cream, whether or not it has hot peppers, etc in it.

And, thanks for he offer on the recipe, but I had a recipe I tried
quite a while ago that completely turned me around on how I do
smashies, so every time I do garlic smashies, I use my variant of that
recipe.
