[Sca-cooks] OOP: Fennel Pollen

Wild fennel is usually one of several plants in genus Nigella.  Fennel 
refers to several different plants in genus Foeniculum.  Finocchio or sweet 
fennel, the one with the bulb and celery-like stalks is F. vulgare var. 
dulce.
