The best we’ve tested to date, this mandoline’s stunning design uses the 
same VG-10 Super Steel cutlery as Shun Pro knives. Unique cast aluminum 
pusher glides on a rail so hand keeps safely out of blade’s path; comes 
with a self-adjusting spring that keeps food close to the blade as you 
slice. Height adjusts to the desired cut, with a slightly curved blade 
that’s ideal for cutting softer fruits and vegetables. Includes three
