Stefan, Seal A Meal machines are like anything else. You can buy what
you need, or you can buy one with all the bells and whistles, which
you may or may not decide you need. My suggestion would be to buy a
very basic one, that handles large and small bags, for as
inexpensively as you can manage. Once you see how much you use it, and
if its "limitations" are actually limiting, or just what you need, you
can buy a fancier one later.
